CNC Machining & Metal Fabrication
Our CNC center handles every metal frame, door hinge, and structural component in-house. From raw stainless steel to polished chassis, we control tolerance, fit, and finish at the micron level. Each cabinet frame undergoes laser alignment checks before moving to assembly.

Spanish Cedar Workshop
Hand-Selected Spanish Cedar
We source Spanish cedar directly from certified Central and South American mills. Each plank is inspected for grain density, aroma, and moisture content before entering production. Our craftsmen hand-cut, sand, and assemble every shelf, drawer, and interior lining.
- Direct-sourced Spanish cedar (Cedrela odorata)
- Pre-treatment: kiln-dried to 8-10% moisture
- Hand-sanded to 320-grit finish
- Natural insect and mold resistance — no chemical treatment
Assembly & Integration
Climate Systems, Built In-House
Each cabinet goes through a 7-stage assembly process: frame welding → cedar lining → compressor mounting → humidification film installation → control panel wiring → door alignment → final integration. Every unit is powered on and climate-tested for 48 hours before packaging.

Quality Control
Tested Harder Than You Will Ever Run It
We test to failure — so your cabinet never does. Each design undergoes accelerated lifecycle testing: 10,000+ door open/close cycles, 72-hour continuous temperature cycling, and humidity stress testing at 90% RH. Only after passing every checkpoint does a model enter production.
