Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order type matters
Many Mas Custom orders involve made-to-order cabinets, project customization, bespoke finishes, or freight arrangements prepared specifically for the buyer. Because of this, cancellation and refund handling depends on the production stage and the type of order.
Before production or confirmation
If you need to revise or cancel an order before production, material preparation, or shipping booking begins, contact us immediately. If no irreversible work has started, we will review the request and confirm the available adjustment or cancellation options.
After production starts
Once production, customization, procurement, or freight booking has started, deposits and progress payments may become non-refundable to the extent costs have already been committed. The final order documents and payment terms issued for the transaction will govern.
Returns
Because of the size, fragility, and custom nature of many products, returns are not automatically accepted for change-of-mind purchases. Any return request must be reviewed and approved in advance by our team. Approved returns may be subject to restocking, handling, logistics, and repair deductions where applicable.
Damage or quality issues
If there is a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, or order discrepancy, notify us promptly with photos, delivery details, and the order reference so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
