Shipping Policy

Shipping scope

Mas Custom ships internationally for both standard cabinet models and custom cigar room projects. Shipping routes, packaging, insurance, and destination services are arranged according to the product type, order quantity, and final delivery location.

Shipping quotations

Displayed product pricing does not automatically include destination shipping, import duties, taxes, customs fees, lift-gate service, white-glove delivery, installation, or local handling unless these items are expressly included in the quotation or invoice. Final freight charges are confirmed after destination details are reviewed.

Lead time

Lead times vary by model availability, customization scope, and destination. Production and dispatch timing shared by our team in the quotation or order confirmation will control over any general estimate shown on the site.

Delivery requirements

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate destination address, postal code, contact person, phone number, and any access restrictions that may affect delivery. Additional charges may apply if delivery conditions differ from the information originally provided.

Customs and import

Where applicable, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, VAT, GST, local taxes, and any destination compliance requirements unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Damage in transit

Please inspect shipments promptly upon arrival. If visible transit damage is found, note it on the carrier record, retain all packaging, and contact us as soon as possible so we can support the claim and after-sales review.
