Mas Custom provides after-sales support for eligible product and workmanship issues, subject to the product type, agreed specification, and the final quotation or order documents. Exact warranty terms may vary by model, project scope, destination, and commercial agreement.
What the warranty is intended to cover
Where applicable, warranty support may cover verified manufacturing or workmanship issues under normal intended use. Support can include troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, repair recommendations, or another reasonable remedy depending on the product and the issue reported.
What is not automatically covered
Warranty support does not automatically apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, external impact, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage or site conditions, lack of maintenance, or problems arising from transport, storage, or handling after delivery where those issues are outside our control.
Care and maintenance
For best performance, please follow the operating, cleaning, humidity-control, and installation guidance provided for your product. If you are unsure about ongoing care, contact us before making adjustments that could affect the cabinet, cooling, or humidity system.
How to request after-sales service
To request support, please send your order reference, product model, issue description, photos or videos, and any relevant operating details. Our team will review the case and advise the next step for troubleshooting or service coordination.
Final terms
If your quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or signed agreement includes product-specific warranty language, those transaction documents will control.
